NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
If you are unhappy with one of our items - this excludes any purchased that has been personalised you have return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Please note - when we send out the exchange the cost of postage is at the cost of the buyer, you will be invoiced via paypal for the additional cost.
Please email us before returning an item as this will speed things up for you.
As we provide personalised items we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the order is faulty or we have made a mistake (this rarely happens)
Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specifications”
When placing your order please ensure that you check all the product size guidelines as all garments vary in sizing. Each product made is made especially for you we ask that you double check that your order details are correct before submitting it to us, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect size ratios and print locations when you have approved the work. Please note that if you have already paid a setup cost for a design you will not need to pay for this again.
If you are unsure of anything why not do a test run of your idea and order a single sample.
